Dr. Bernard Samia is a Consultant Physician and Cardiologist at MP Shah Hospital Nairobi.  He is the President of Kenya Cardiac Society.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery and Masters in Internal Medicine from University of Nairobi, Fellowship in Cardiology from Madras Medical Mission India, Masters of Public Health from John Moore Liverpool University. A member of Kenya Essential Medicine List (KEML) Committee, lead author of the Kenya National CVD guidelines and    other local and international committees in cardiovascular medicine.
